Individual & Group Therapy Offerings

Individual and group therapy sessions can be virtual or in person.

• Cost for an in-person individual or group session, will be determined depending on group size, location, set up and break down time.

• Sessions can be facilitated at a variety of settings whether it would be at a health care facility, home visit, or scheduled event.

The following music/sound therapy options are offered. NOTE: Instruments will be supplied.

• Facilitated song singing with hands on percussion engaging active music therapy

• Drum circles with music playing, and hands on percussion engagement

• Introduction to Frame Drumming that is educational and structured for learning the essence of frame drumming.

• Toning & Sound Meditations
