Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - CBT

It’s essential for therapy to benefit us with helping to decipher between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. When implementing a cognitive behavioral approach, the person begins to understand and identify the negative or repetitive thoughts that may result into chronic stress. The goal is to strive for becoming aware of inaccurate negative thinking, in order to view challenging situations more clearly, and respond to them more effectively.
